es.saif Adaptors and Biometrics

Adaptors for es.saif represent the fundamental foundation by which interoperability between different IT systems and applications is possible. Adaptors are responsible for sending and receiving messages, documents, etc… to and from es.saif and different applications.
es.saif Adaptors allow the system to connect with many different applications, including homegrown applications, database, legacy data stores, transaction system, e-business formats such as EDI, HIPAA and HL7, packaged applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Acrobat PDF), and biometric systems.

Adaptors and Biometrics

Consists of a set of Adaptors and Biometric Services that plug to both DSS and AIS in order to allow the capture, processing and retrieval of complex content-sources.

Internet Services

  • Provides Web Crawling services for existing and newly found seeds by either configuring existing seeds or by defining a customizable hierarchy of keywords that will allow to identify new seeds based on keywords.
  • Integrates with a workflow engine, allowing to forward the results to the appropriate workflow for further processing.
  • Provides the capability of incorporating in everteam.mea’s Content Services for storage and archiving.
  • Links with EverSuite Analytical Services for advanced indexing.

Email Services

  • Provides tools and services to crawl and capture content from IMAP compliant email, as well as others on-demand.
  • Supports servers such as Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino.
  • Automatically removes duplicates, extracts attached files and classifies emails.
  • Automatically archives emails.
  • It also provides email services in Client Tools by integrating Outlook and EverSuite Content Management to allow better usage of document management from within Outlook. This efficient service provides users with an easy and fast way to safeguard their emails, which consists of the most important amount of content, into their Document Management System.

Social Media

  • Provides tools and services to intercept and capture Social Media messages and communications.
  • Converts, translates… the intercepted messages.
  • Integrates with a workflow engine, allowing to forward the results to the appropriate workflow for further processing.
  • Provides the capability to incorporate in EverSuite Content Services for storage and archiving.

Face recognition is one of the few biometric methods that possess the merits of high accuracy. Saif Face Recognition Services analyzes the unique shape, pattern and positioning of facial features; it compares scans to records stored in central or local database or even on a smart card.

Saif Speech Recognition Services allows to transcript speeches into text, while supporting many languages including Arabic, English and French. The solution runs on Linux and Windows 64 bits platforms, and can also be offered as a Service on a cloud.

Provides Voice and Speech Recognition by combining two technologies to verify the speaker’s identity, and identify what he is saying.

EverSuite Optical Character Recognition Services provides both character and bar code recognition in multiple languages including Arabic. The solution can be installed on the client as well as on the server.
It provides Full Text or Zone OCR recognition for interactive or automated recognition, and supports Form recognition and reproduction.
